We are entrusted to select, support, groom and nurture exceptional individuals' who will eventually take on high-level positions in the best organisations including government-linked companies (GLCs) in Malaysia.

Internship in Selected Local or International Companies and Organisations

Self Development through Guidance of a Learning Coach

Mentoring Opportunities under Corporate Decision-makers

Including, on a case-by-case basis, financial support to deserving scholars to pursue life-enriching experiences such as student exchange programme, attending international conferences or self-development programme.

Once scholars graduate, their obligation to serve the scholarship bond at bond-serving organisations is a well thought out and planned to fulfill the talent needs of the country.

Scholars serving their bond at the designated bond-serving organizations would be continuously engaged through the works and activities conducted by the Khazanah Scholars Alumni Association (KSAA) for further developmental and career progression.

Scholars will also be part of a virtual network throughout their career (in and out of their scholarship bond term) and will automatically be an alumni member. Regular gatherings, updates on progress and sharing of experiences are some of the scholar development programmes we carry out to help scholars throughout their career.
